The Paddle Room is a cozy restaurant at Radisson Hotel York, designed to honor the area's rich history where boats powered by hand or paddles once exchanged goods along the River Ouse. For this project, I developed a fresh menu that aligns with the restaurant's brand identity, using a minimalist colour palette to complement the interior design. To further enhance the brand, I incorporated custom illustrations that reflect the restaurant's historical essence and storytelling, tying the dining experience back to the local history.
